Beginning July 1, 2022:
All new patient appointments and consultations require a non-refundable $50.00 deposit to secure your time with the doctor. You will not have a scheduled appointment without the paid deposit.
All subsequent, established patient appointments will incur a no-show fee of $50.00 when you do not call or give our office 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
